Confidential Intermediary Service of Illinois (CISI) is provided by Midwest Adoption Center on behalf of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). The cost of service is partially covered by funding received from DCFS.
A limited fee subsidy fund is given to the program by DCFS to help make CI service available to as many people as possible. At this time, fee subsidy money is available to all petitioners.
